Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of HaulGuard. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. The service
HaulGuard provides digital DVSA daily walkaround checks, defect tracking, compliance reminders and related reporting for HGV, PCV and van fleets. It is a record-keeping tool and does not replace the operator’s legal duty to ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of records entered and for your users’ activity.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, or access data belonging to other customers.
- Each user must keep their credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per active vehicle through Stripe on the interval you select, following any free trial. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.
4. Data
Your use of personal data through HaulGuard is governed by our Privacy Policyand, for business customers, a Data Processing Agreement. You retain ownership of your fleet’s records and may export them at any time.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data; we then retain it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
